Celeriac Salad

 Celeriac, also known as celery root, is a root vegetable with a mild, earthy flavour and a crunchy texture, making it perfect for salads.  Ingredients:


- 1 medium celeriac (about 500g), peeled and shredded or julienned

- 1 small apple, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced (optional for sweetness)

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (to prevent celeriac from browning)

- Salt and black pepper, to taste
